Computerized accounting classes set for September

Central Lakes College in Brainerd will be the site for two computerized accounting classes in September. Class size is limited.

Quickbooks Pro Version 99 Accounting for Windows -- Instructor: Jay Bock. Time: 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesdays, Sept. 12, 19 and 26.

Peachtree Accounting for Windows Version 7.0. -- Instructor: Vern Busho. Time: 9 a.m. to noon Tuesdays, Sept. 12, 19 and 26.

Both classes offer the basic skills to begin computerized accounting and cover system set-up, cash receipts, accounts receivable, cash disbursements, accounts payable and payroll.

Each student receives one on-site session individualized to the student needs.

Fee for each class is $197.85 per person, and both classes will be held in Room W217 on the Brainerd campus.

All students will receive three college credits.
