FORT RIPLEY -- A 51-year-old Brainerd man was injured Friday after the bicycle he was riding was hit by a car on Crow Wing County Road 2.
The accident happened about 9:18 p.m., the Crow Wing County Sheriff's Department said.
Clyde Meyer was transported by North Ambulance to St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd, where he was treated and released.
The vehicle that hit Meyer left the scene of the accident westbound on County Road 2 and hasn't been located, the sheriff's office reported. The suspect vehicle should have damage on the passenger side and to a headlight, the sheriff's office reported.

One hurt in ATV accident
One person was injured Friday in a single all-terrain vehicle accident at Brainerd International Raceway.
The accident was reported at 10:27 p.m., the Crow Wing County Sheriff's Department reported.
Sheldon Moe, 34, address unknown, was treated at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd and released Saturday.
