Volunteer captains needed for event

Posted: Saturday, August 15, 2009

Organizers are still looking for boat captains for the seventh annual Brainerd Lakes Fishing Has No Boundaries fishing event Aug. 29 on Gull and Sylvan lakes.

A boat captain doesn't need to provide any angling expertise - just a boat and a willingness to spend a day fishing with somebody who doesn't have the opportunity to do so on a regular basis.

Those interested in being a boat captain should contact Bob Slaybaugh at the Confidence Learning Center at (218) 828-2344 or sign up online at www.Brainerd LakesFHNB.org.
