Crow Wing sheriff

THEFT - A Crow Wing Township man Friday reported that his neighbor cut down trees on his land and stole his tree stand.

Christopher Ryan, Irondale Township, Thursday reported a theft of an item from an estate sale.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - Friday it was reported that an all-terrain vehicle at Brainerd International Raceway, 5523 Birchdale Road, was damaged. Another property damage accident was reported Thursday.

Justine Keppers, Nokay Lake Township, Thursday reported damage to equipment caused by a garage saler backing into it.

Mary Adamek, Ideal Township, Thursday reported damage to property.

ACCIDENT - A 24-year-old Orono man was injured Thursday in an all-terrain accident at Birchdale Road and Landmark Drive. The driver, Jeffrey Mielke, was taken to St. Cloud Hospital where he was in fair condition Friday.

NOISE COMPLAINT - A noise complaint involving a live band was reported Friday at Brainerd International Raceway, 5523 Birchdale Road. The band stopped playing music at 1 a.m. Friday.

OTHER - It was reported Thursday that three subjects were passed out in a boat in Crosslake.

Report of a vehicle driving south in the northbound lane on Highway 371.

FIRE - The Crosslake Fire Department Thursday responded to a call of a smoke smell at Manhattan Beach Lodge, 39051 County Road 66.

THEFT - Jeffrey Birchem Thursday reported the theft of a BlackBerry cell phone taken from a locker at the Franklin Arts Center, 1001 Kingwood St., during football practice.

Pamela Henderson Thursday reported that someone broke into the trunk of her vehicle and stole a pair of leather sandals.

Betty Hollister Thursday reported a property damage incident with an animal at Wise Road and Beaver Dam Road.

SUSPICIOUS - Received a report of a person wearing all black hiding in the woods and following two young females near Northtown and Viking streets.

PROPERTY DAMAGE -No injuries were reported Thursday in a two-vehicle accident at the 400 block of Washington Street.

OTHER - It was reported Friday that an intoxicated female on Laurel Street was "seeing things."

NUISANCE - Two tall grass complaints were reported Thursday at the 800 block of South Seventh Street and at 100 block of Pine View Drive.

FIGHT - A fight was reported Thursday outside of the Iron Rail Saloon, 707 Laurel St. A 24-year-old Hackensack man and a 27-year-old Baxter man were cited for disorderly conduct.

A woman Thursday reported an assault by a juvenile girl on the 600 block of Southeast 11th Street.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - Gerald Grosskreutz Thursday reported that he backed into another vehicle in the parking lot at Fleet Farm, 14114 Dellwood Drive.

No injuries were reported Thursday in a two-vehicle accident at Design Road and Golf Course Drive.
