Phoenix is a 1-year-old female pound puppy. She may be a Lab/boxer mix. She was skin and bones when she came to Heartland Animal Rescue Team, but has been gaining weight. She's a sensitive, submissive girl who needs a soft handler to teach her social skills. Phoenix has a great spirit and will make a great dog for the right owner. Brainerd Dispatch/Heidi Lake
