Jeff G. Oliphant
EAU CLAIRE, Wis. -- Jeff G. Oliphant, 45, of Eau Claire, Wis., died Friday, Aug. 12, 2005, at home.
Jeff is survived by his wife, Ruth; one son, Zachary; one daughter, Jessica; his parents Bruce and Mary Oliphant of Deerwood, Minn.; two sisters, Joy Williams of Tucson, Ariz., and Jane (Paul) Dahlen, Rochester, Minn.; one brother, Jon Oliphant of Claremont, S.D.; nieces Hailie Oliphant, Karen (Mike) Barton, Kristen Stoneberg, Leah (Eric) Schiller, Chelsea Behrens; nephews Justin Williams, Peter Dahlen, Jared (Kristina) Stoneberg, Matt Stoneberg and Erik Stoneberg; brothers-in-laws Paul (Joanne) Stoneberg and Truett (Janet) Stoneberg; sister-in-law Julie Stoneberg, Priscilla (John) Behrens, Beth Stoneberg; and other relatives and many friends.
Jeff was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 15, 2005, at the University Lutheran Church at the Ecumenical Religious Center on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with Pastor Don Wisner officiating. Interment will be private.
Relatives and friends may call from 4-7 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 15, 2005, at the church and Monday one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be directed to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Foundation in care of the Jeff Oliphant Scholarship Fund.
