MISSION, Texas -- Richard M. Nash, 78, Mission, Texas, formerly of Hackensack, died Thursday, Aug. 9, 2001, at Mission Hospital in Mission, Texas.
He was born July 29, 1923, in Glen Lake. He owned and operated Dick Nash Painting and Decorating in Hackensack for many years before moving to Mission, Texas, in 1991. He was a member of the American Legion Post 202 in Hackensack.
Survivors include his wife, Pauline; and a sister, Joyce Jones, Hiawatha, Iowa.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Hillcrest Cemetery in Hackensack.
