What is this saying? First of all, finally, the medical profession and the state of Minnesota are acknowledging the fact that fetuses (babies) do feel pain! Secondly, it's saying that the woman makes the decision whether to accept the anesthesia or not. The anesthesia is used so the baby doesn't feel pain when they are being ripped apart in little pieces because another person decided they should not live. One person gets to decide if another person can live or die, and now the deciding person can choose if the death will be painful or not. I'm interpreting this latest decision as a positive step in abolishing the legalized act of murdering an unborn baby. Now that it's a "known" fact that it does hurt to have your body ripped apart, maybe the next step will be stopping these horrifying murders altogether.
You can't fight the education system
To the writer regarding the TI83 Plus calculator, I agree with your view on the educational system but we can't fight city hall, at least not in time for this school year. Check E-Bay for the calculator. Hundreds are available and tonight it looks like the next winner will get one for around $60.
Are we a nation of drones?
With the United States and its increasing population, how come there isn't one among us who can figure out how to run our engines without resorting to petroleum wars?
Are we becoming a nation of drones?
