Coyer Mackner, East Gull Lake, Kellie Fenske, Henry Milette V, Christopher Nathan, Kelsey Thompson, and Jake Williams, all of Brainerd, and Corbin Campbell, Baxter, attended a week-long soccer camp at Bemidji State University June 12-17. Mackner attended Goals Galore camp, and the others took part in the residential Varsity Prep camp designed to develop skills techniques through skills sessions and challenges. Milette received one of two most valuable player awards.
A 46-year-old Minneapolis man was in stable condition Sunday at St. Gabriel's Hospital in Little Falls after a jet ski he was driving crashed with another jet ski on Fish Trap Lake Saturday, reported the Morrison County Sheriff's Department.

Team McGraw gathers at WE Fest

Country star shines at WE Fest
Country singer Tim McGraw sang one of his popular songs at WE Fest Saturday at the Soo Pass Ranch located near Detroit Lakes. McGraw was the final performer for the three-day country music festival which dates back to 1983.
Adolph was born April 25, 1921, in Fawn Lake Township, Todd County, Minn., to Anton and Kate Etzler. He was called from this life Thursday afternoon at the Lakewood Health System Hospital in Staples. He attained the age of 84 years, three months and nine days.

PILLAGER -- Kathy Marie Crimmins, age 50, resident of Pillager, died Friday, Aug. 5, 2005, at the St. Cloud Hospital. Kathy was born in Brainerd Jan. 5, 1955 to Gustave and Florence (Rausch) Hawkinson. She was a lifetime Brainerd area resident. She married Mark Crimmins in Brainerd on June 17, 1983.

Jane was born Feb. 17, 1948, in Brainerd to Jerry and Catherine (Gaspers) Wolvert. She had been a lifelong Brainerd area resident. She married James Hettver at Holy Cross Church in Harding on Jan. 21, 1965.
Brunhild 'Bunny' D. Bailey
CARLTON -- Brunhild "Bunny" Louise Dahlen Bailey, 84, of Carlton passed away Saturday, Aug. 6, 2005, at Inter-Faith Care Center in Carlton. She was born Jan. 8, 1921, in St. Paul, Minn. to Andrew and Caroline (Nokleby) Dahlen and was raised by her aunt and uncle Belle and Peder Berge. Bunny moved to Cloquet in 1941 and she was a member of P.E.O., the Sons of Norway and Sewing Club. She was involved in numerous musical vocal groups and served for numerous years on the Board of Directors at Inter-Faith Care Center.
