Crow Wing sheriff

ARRESTS - Received a report at 5:47 p.m. Tuesday of two males that appeared to be passed out in a gravel pit at Highway 6 and Dangers Road in Crosby. A 42-year-old man was arrested for first-degree DWI, fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. A 43-year-old man was arrested for third-degree sale of a controlled substance and misdemeanor probation violation.

INVESTIGATION - James Demoss, 10000 block of Highway 210, Tuesday reported his life and vehicles were threatened.

THEFT - Brian Roos, Highway 371 and Landmark Drive, Tuesday reported a Rhino all-terrain vehicle stolen.

INFORMATION - A woman called the sheriff's department Tuesday and told an investigator she remembered her mother threatening her when she was about 5 years old. She was inquiring whether it could be investigated criminally. The woman was advised that the statute of limitations expired.

BURGLARY - Kathy Blesi, 20000 block of Hamlet Road, Tuesday reported her residence broken into.

CRASH - No injuries were reported in a single-vehicle rollover at 4:26 a.m. Tuesday on the 13000 block of Sorensen Lake Road.

Baxter police

THEFTS - Received a report of a $10.01 gas drive-off at 11:57 p.m. Tuesday at SuperAmerica, 7472 Excelsior Road. The driver later came back and paid.

Thomas Hice, 10000 block of Forestview Drive, Tuesday reported the theft of a bike. A different bike was left in its place.

INFORMATION - Received a call at 1:26 p.m. Tuesday that children in a two-block stretch of Woida Road and Holly Drive are playing in the street and creating a danger for motorists. The caller reported seeing the children lie down in the street and that it's happening all the time now and only in the afternoons during school.

Brainerd police

BURGLARY - Cynthia Dale, 200 block of Southwest Fourth Street, Tuesday reported somebody entered her apartment and damaged her shower.

THEFT - Joshua Berg, 2000 block of Pine Street, Tuesday reported his bike stolen.

Tassondria Singer on Tuesday reported the theft of her purse from Liquor Pigz, 718 Laurel St.

Mark Bebault, 1000 block of South Sixth Street, Tuesday reported a handgun stolen.

William Lakin, 700 block of Bluff Avenue, Tuesday reported his bike stolen.

CRASH - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 10:43 a.m. Tuesday at Southeast 13th and Oak streets.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - Ashley Deem, 2000 block of Pine Street, Tuesday reported someone cut the valve stem on her bike tire, as the tire went flat.

CRASH - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 6:13 p.m. Tuesday at Dellwood Drive and Excelsior Road.
