Judith 'Judy' Johnson

ERSKINE -- Judith "Judy" Johnson, 66, Erskine, formerly of Aitkin, died Friday, Aug. 2, 2002, at Pioneer Memorial Care Center in Erskine.

She was born Feb. 29, 1936, in St. Paul to Leonard and Julia (Bischoff) Moore. She graduated from Bemidji High School in 1954. She married Henry "Freddie" Fredrickson on June 27, 1954, at Clearwater Lutheran Church in Shevlin. They lived in the Solway area and for five years on the Range. They divorced in 1977. She married Dennis A. Johnson on Sept. 29, 1978, in Milbank, S.D. They lived in Ocala, Fla., until moving to Aitkin in the summer of 1998. He died in 1999. She moved to Erskine in 1999 where she was a resident of the Pioneer Memorial Care Center.

Survivors include two sons, John Fredrickson, Loveland, Colo., and Gary Fredrickson, Lengby; four grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Her second husband, parents, and a brother, Robert Moore, died earlier.

Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Solway Lutheran Church in Solway with the Rev. Linda G. Tenneson officiating.

Memorial graveside services will be 1 p.m. Aug. 13 at Pine Grove Cemetery near Palisade with the Rev. William Sass officiating.

Arrangements are with Carlin-Hoialmen Funeral Home in Fosston.
