Kletscher-Salo win doubles
Sam Kletscher and Mikinzee Salo of Brainerd won the 18-and-under doubles title and Taylor Headlee won the singles crown during the Mary Sandstrom Invitational in Grand Rapids. Kletscher finished sixth in singles and Zoe Houle of Brainerd and Guthrie Coughlin of Staples placed second in the mixed doubles category. Area athletes competing were Mackayla Headlee (back, left), Briana Rademacher, Taylor Headlee, Houle, Kletscher (front, left), Coughlin and Salo.
