LITTLE FALLS -- Burnadette Sephronie Tharp, 87, Little Falls, died Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2000, at St. Otto's Care Center of Little Falls.
She was born March 10, 1913, in Belle Prairie Township to David C. and Sephronie (Guertin) Moran. She lived in the Little Falls area and graduated from Little Falls High School in 1932. She married Frederick J. Tharp on Nov. 16, 1940, in Westwood, Calif. They lived in many different states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Texas, North Dakota, South Dakota and California. They later divorced. She worked at the Napa State Hospital for 21 years. She returned to Little Falls in 1996 and became a resident of St. Otto's Care Center.
Survivors include a sister, Sylvia Bentler, Little Falls.
Two brothers, Ovid and Dewy Moran; and three sisters, Ella Moran, Sadie Enlund and Viola Gyer, died earlier.
Services will be 9:30 a.m. Monday at St. Otto's Care Center Chapel of Little Falls with the Rev. Alan Wielinski officiating. Burial will be in Holy Family Cemetery of Belle Prairie.
Friends may call one half hour before services Monday at St. Otto's Care Center.
