The following recently appeared in Crow Wing District Court:

Randall Jon Morgan, 45, Brainerd, was sentenced for felony fleeing a peace officer and gross misdemeanor DWI to 90 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,257 in fines and fees.

David Arlen Thompson, 56, Ironton, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,038 in fines and fees.

Dwayne Lee Hughes, 48, Emily, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor giving a false name to a peace officer and ordered to pay $613 in fines and fees.

Russell Thomas Philstrom, 21, Emily, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor theft to 30 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,248 in fines and fees.

Michael Todd Nickaboine, 30, Brainerd, was sentenced for felony third-degree sale of a controlled substance and gross misdemeanor fifth-degree assault to 90 days jail, placed on 20 years supervised probation and ordered to pay $324 in fines and fees.

Dewayne Eugene Bower, 23, Brainerd, was sentenced for felony second-degree possession of a controlled substance to 190 days jail, placed on 25 years supervised probation and ordered to pay $163 in fines and fees.

Amy Louise Olson, 41, Faribault, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to two days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,015 in fines and fees.

Russell David Platz, 49, Little Falls, was sentenced for felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance to 180 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and ordered to pay $4,173 in fines and fees.

Alex Joseph Brown, 21, Ironton, was sentenced for felony second-degree burglary to 30 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $2,528 in fines and fees.

Brett Douglas Nelson, 23, Crosby, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $533 in fines and fees.

Christopher Wayne James Swinger, 33, Minneapolis, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor obstructing the legal process to 30 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $293 in fines and fees.

Underage consumption

The following recently were sentenced in Crow Wing District Court for misdemeanor underage drinking-related offenses:

Sean Paul Streiff, 19, Baxter, was ordered to pay $158 in fines and fees.

Jonathon Harley Norris, 18, Brainerd, was ordered to pay $180 in fines and fees.

Timothy Elliot Aleman, 19, Brainerd, was sentenced to 90 days jail and ordered to pay $158 in fines and fees.

Leopold Dale Wittner Jr., 18, Brainerd, was ordered to pay $180 in fines and fees.

Paul Lyle Witt, 18, Brainerd, was placed on one year supervised probation and ordered to pay $860 in fines and fees.

Luke John Wink, 19, Aitkin, was ordered to pay $250 in fines and fees.

Nicholas Alexander Connery, 18, Rockford, was ordered to pay $180 in fines and fees.

Andrew James Burgstaler, 20, Brainerd, was ordered to pay $180 in fines and fees.

Eric Alan Swanson, 20, Aitkin, was ordered to pay $180 in fines and fees.
