Julie Teufert, daughter of Lynn and Gene Teufert, Brained, was awarded the Proven Scholar scholarship from the University of North Dakota-Grand Forks for the 2005-2006 academic year.
Courtney Markham, daughter of Richard and Pam Markham, Pequot Lakes, was awarded the Rising Scholar scholarship through the J.F.T.O'Connor Scholarship fund from the University of North Dakota-Grand Forks. She will be a freshman this fall.
Sarah Gervais, daughter of Matt and Nancy Gervais, and Rebecca Mueller, daughter of Steven and Susan Mueller, both of Brainerd, were awarded President's Scholarships by the College of St. Benedict for the 2005-2006 academic year. Gervais received an $8,500 President's Scholarship and Mueller received a $10,000 President's Scholarship for the 2005-06 academic year. Both are first-year students at CSB.
Emily Beckmann, daughter of James Beckmann, Baxter, and Nancy Beckmann, Brainerd, graduated cum laude from MidAmerica Nazarene University-Olathe, Kan. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education.
Christopher Woodard, son of Mike and Deb Woodard, Baxte received a Freshman Academic Scholarship for $2,000 to attend North Dakota State University, Fargo. He will enter NDSU this fall and plans to major in computer engineering.

Michael Henschke, son of David Henschke, and Ashley Drake, daughter of Cristen and Cheryl Drake, all of Brainerd, and Mada Tautges, daughter of Marsha Tautges, Fort Ripley, received a Hamline University Trustee Scholarship from Hamline University.
David Miller, son of Larry and Sharon Miller, East Gull Lake, has accepted admission to St. Olaf College for fall semester.
