Frances Winch

SEBEKA -- Frances Winch, 73, Sebeka, and formerly of Pequot Lakes, died Saturday, July 29 at her home.

She was born Nov. 5, 1926, in Marshall County to Alfred and Dollye Offerdahl.

Survivors include her husband, Roger; one son, Robert Jaranson, Roseau; one daughter, Jeanne Frush, Tucson, Ariz.; two step-sons, Roger, Beloit, Wis., and William, St. Cloud; one step-daughter, Sharon, Fort Atkinson, Wis.; two step-grandchildren; one brother, Merlin Offerdahl, Balsam Lake, Wis., and one sister, Madonna Gram, Menahga.

Her first husband, Jerome Jaranson, died earlier.

Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Kline Funeral Home in Pine River with Father Thomas Kisting officiating. Burial will be in the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery.

Friends may call Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Kline Funeral Home, and one hour before services on Wednesday.
