Benefit planned for Julie Nelson

MERRIFIELD - The Half Moon Saloon in Merrifield will host a benefit for Julie Nelson from 3-7 p.m. Saturday.
Nelson was diagnosed recently with a malignant brain and lung tumor. All donations will be used toward medical and hospital travel expenses.
The event includes a dinner, prize drawings and a silent auction. Raffle tickets for $5 are available at the Half Moon Saloon located at the corner of County Roads 3 and 4 in Merrifield.
