STORM REPORT - Received a report at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday of a funnel cloud near the Brainerd Lakes Regional Airport. Rotation was reported in fingers of clouds on the back side of a storm cell. The rotation dissipated before dropping far from the clouds. The storm was traveling southeast with low dropping clouds and heavy rain.
THEFT - Holiday Station, Garrison, Tuesday reported a $10.03 gas drive-off.
DISTURBANCE - Pirates Cove Adventure Golf, Highway 371, Tuesday requested deputies remove eight males from the course.
INVESTIGATIONS - Received a report Tuesday of a male smoking something from a light bulb.
PROPERTY DAMAGE - Joseph Demarais, 8600 block of County Road 144, Long Lake Township, Tuesday reported damage to a mailbox.
ANIMAL - A deputy responded to a report of a cow in the road about 10 a.m. Tuesday on County Road 2 and Highway 25 in Daggett Brook Township. The cow was chased off the road.
Received a report of a black bull running down the middle of the road at 7 a.m. Tuesday on County Road 8 and Smude Road in Garrison Township.
CRASHES - Assisted the State Patrol with a crash with injuries at 7:14 a.m. Tuesday on North Koering Road and Highway 371 in Fort Ripley Township.
ASSAULT - Received a report of an assault in the Mahnomen mine pit at 2:39 a.m. Tuesday.
PARTY COMPLAINT - Received a report of a party a the Mahnomen mine pit at 1:39 a.m. Tuesday.

THEFTS - Kayla Jo Kanera, 600 block of West Washington Street, Tuesday reported a purse taken from an unlocked car between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m.
Damian Mach, 2300 block of Pine Street, was the complainant Tuesday in the theft of a Crossman chrome BB pistol valued at $60. The BB gun was later recovered.
Nicole Rubbelke, 200 block of North Ninth Street, Tuesday reported a theft.
Bridget Miller Tuesday reported an iPod stolen was about four months ago.
CRASHES - No injuries were reported in a crash at 6:13 p.m. Tuesday at South Eighth and Front streets when a rider tipped over on a 150cc Scooter. The rider was cited for not having the proper license endorsement or insurance or registration.
A collision with minor damage was reported at 5:17 p.m. Tuesday at North Fifth and Washington streets.
PROPERTY DAMAGE - Male juveniles were reported to be spray painting a wall about 6:10 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of South Eighth Street. But officers reported they weren't spray painting and the wall was damaged earlier but had only partially been cleaned up.
INVESTIGATIONS - A female was reported to be yelling for help on the 1013 block of Quince Street as part of a domestic incident. The male involved had left on foot when officers arrived.
Received a report Tuesday that staff at Brainerd High School, 700 block of South Fifth Street, found a glass pipe on a juvenile student.

ARREST - Arrested a 40-year-old Brainerd man for misdemeanor theft at Kohl's on the 7000 block of Excelsior Road and fleeing a police officer on foot.
THEFT - Alan Bock, 13500 block of Memorywood Drive, Tuesday reported a theft.
ASSIST - Assisted a motorist with a 2-year-old child locked in a van with the vehicle's keys about 3 p.m. Tuesday on the 1400 block of Dellwood Drive.
Received a report of a fire alarm about 8 a.m. at Lake Country Toyota on the 7000 block of Lake Forest Road.
CRASH - No injuries were reported after a vehicle was in a ditch about 12:29 a.m. Tuesday on the 4300 block of Cedar Scenic Road. It was partially in a swamp with front-end damage.
DISTURBANCE - Received a report Tuesday from a business owner, 14000 block of Baxter Drive, accusing an employee of overcharging a customer. Arrangements were made for the employee to stay somewhere else and leave in the morning.
SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY - Walmart, 7295 Glory Road, Tuesday reported finding a baggie with white powder inside. The substance was not drugs and was destroyed.
Received a report Tuesday on the 14000 Block of Holly Drive of a child left in the road.
