ARREST - Responded to a report of a female screaming at 11:59 p.m. Monday on the 30000 block of Kimble Bluffs in Pequot Lakes and arrested a 39-year-old man for assault by strangulation and interfering with a 911 call.

INVESTIGATION - Received a report at 9:53 p.m. Monday of someone shooting a BB gun at people on the 10000 block of Robin Street.

CRASH - No injuries were reported after a vehicle struck a deer at 9:37 a.m. Monday on the 10000 block of Greenwood Street.

THEFT - Stacey O'Rourke on Monday reported the theft of street signs at Crow Wing County Road 137 and Salty Dog Trail.

ARREST - Received a report at 7:43 a.m. Monday of a vehicle nearly striking a bicycle rider at College Drive and Brian Lane. The driver of the vehicle was located and arrested for fourth-degree DWI and fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY - John Moses, 600 block of Southeast 19th Street, at 4:57 a.m. Tuesday reported an intoxicated man walking around his yard. The man was located and transported to detox.

CRASHES - Responded two a two-vehicle collision resulting in injuries at 10:57 p.m. Monday at Glory Road and Elder Drive. One driver was transported to St. Joseph's Medical Center. The other drive, a 33-year-old man, was arrested for gross misdemeanor criminal vehicular operation and DWI.

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 7:52 p.m. Monday at Highway 371 and Highland Scenic Road.

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 4:54 p.m. Monday at Highways 210 and 371.

No injuries were reported in a three-vehicle, rear-end collision at 4:45 p.m. Monday at Highway 371 and Wise Road.

ARREST - Arrested a 24-year-old man for assault following a report at 1:06 a.m. Monday of a domestic assault at a residence on the 5000 block of Luverne Circle.
