Wendy Renee Balzer and Russel Charles Bach announce their engagement. Parents are Larry and Annette Balzer, Blooming Prairie, and Cleo and Judy Bach, Backus. An Aug. 11 wedding is planned at St. John's Lutheran Church in Kasson with a wedding reception from 1-4 p.m. Aug. 25 at the Deerfield Town Hall.
