Fire in the park
Brainerd firefighters responded to a grass fire at 4:17 p.m. Monday near Cedardale Park in Baxter. While en route, a Brainerd fire truck was involved in a minor crash with a car at College Road and County Road 48. No one was injured in the crash and the fire truck continued to be operational. It returned to the fire hall while the other unit (above) responded to the park.
