The following recently appeared in Crow Wing District Court:

Lee Walter Eychaner, 35, Merrifield, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 97 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,138 in fines and fees.

Bryon Douglas Drill, 32, New Richmond, Wis., was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,138 in fines and fees.

Bailey James Edward Patrick, 21, Crosby, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $2,115 in fines and fees.

Wade Ronald Luettinger, 21, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,143 in fines and fees.

Nicholas Ronald Wynn, 23, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor assaulting a peace officer to 240 days jail and ordered to pay $135 in fines and fees.

Cody Ryan Peterson, 25, Backus, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor theft to two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $163 in fines and fees.

Katrina Marie Labore, 27, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 33 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,112 in fines and fees.

Orion Allen Olson, 30, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor harassment to two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $163 in fines and fees.

Kirk James Vanhorn, 20, Nisswa, was sentenced for felony violating predator offender registration requirements to 30 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and ordered to pay $163 in fines and fees.

Amanda Jo Carlson, 21, Savage, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor giving a peace officer a false name and ordered to pay $613 in fines and fees.

David Tyrel Sczodroski, 28, St. Cloud, was sentenced for felony theft of leased or rental property to 23 months prison and ordered to pay $163 in fines and fees.

Dylan James Sam, 34, Onamia, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor obstructing the legal process to three days jail and ordered to pay $585 in fines and fees.

Kristoffor Lee Foy, 26, Pillager, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,115 in fines and fees.

Rodney James Hanson, 44, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation to 40 days jail and ordered to pay $163 in fines and fees.

Mathew Malcolm Mundem, 38, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 10 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,110 in fines and fees.

Colby James Martin Hite, 21, Pierz, was sentenced for felony fourth-degree sale of a controlled substance to a stay of imposition of 90 days jail, placed on 15 years supervised probation and ordered to pay $293 in fines and fees.

Victoria Jo Korth, 23, Park Rapids, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor obstructing the legal process to two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $743 in fines and fees.

Underage consumption

The following recently were sentenced in Crow Wing District Court for misdemeanor underage drinking-related offenses:

Jared James Steininger, 19, Brainerd, was ordered to pay $180 in fines and fees.

Chloe Marie Anderson, 18, Deerwood, was ordered to pay $180 in fines and fees.

Brian Kenneth Wald, 20, New Hope, was ordered to pay $180 in fines and fees.

Shoplifting

The following recently were sentenced in Crow Wing District Court for misdemeanor theft by shoplifting:
