HACKENSACK -- Bernice R. Rottier-Davis, 89, Hackensack, died Friday, July 20, 2001, at her residence on Baby Lake.
She was born April 20, 1912, in Ivanhoe to John and Frances (Przymus) Sperka. She was a pioneer of the Baby Lake area since the late 1930s with her husband Charlie Rottier. They owned a power plant and maintained their own phone lines. She had been married for the last 10 years to Maurice Davis.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Janet Rottier, Brainerd, and Jean Rottier-Green, Cocoa Beach, Fla.; three sisters, Lydia Dusek, Lilyan Noid and Irene Smuda, all of Minnetonka; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Her first husband and a son, Charles Rottier, died earlier.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hackensack.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Memorials are preferred to Our Lady of Good Council Cancer Home in St. Paul or to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Hackensack.
Arrangements are with Northland Funeral Home in Pine River.
