HARASSMENT - A woman at 5:34 p.m. Thursday reported being harassed by a 16-year-old girl at the Soup Kitchen because the woman's dog was chasing some chipmunks. Officers advised the girl to call animal control if the complainant's dog is off its leash and continues to chase chipmunks.

DISTURBANCE - Nine officers responded at 11:56 p.m. Thursday to a disturbance in the 900 block of Oak Street. A 32-year-old man was arrested for fleeing police and on three misdemeanor warrants. A 26-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct and transported to the Crow Wing County Detox Center. Police were called again at 2:54 a.m. Friday to the detox center when the 26-year-old was being unruly.

CITATION - A 12-year-old boy was cited at 12:15 a.m. Friday for a curfew violation in the 900 block of Oak Street.

VANDALISM - Ashley Harbott, 400 block of North Ninth Street, Thursday reported three vehicles damaged.

ACCIDENT - Report at 12:18 p.m. Thursday of a two-vehicle property damage accident in the 500 block of West Washington Street.

POLICE ASSIST - Police were flagged down by a citizen at 1:51 a.m. Friday in the 700 block of Laurel Street. A 37-year-old intoxicated man was transported to detox.

Crow Wing sheriff

BURGLARY - John Hull, 13700 block of Xerxes Lane, Thursday reported a burglary. A shotgun was missing.

VANDALISM - Candice Field, Ideal, Thursday reported vehicle windows broken in a plow truck.

HARASSMENT - Gerald West, Garrison, Thursday reported being yelled at by two individuals at the Garrison SuperAmerica.
