Note: The Brainerd Safety and Public Works Committee meets at 6 p.m. Monday at City Council Chambers. The Brainerd Personnel and Finance Committee meets at 5:45 p.m. Monday in the City Hall conference room.

A. Approval of the minutes of the regular meeting held on July 6, 2010, and the special meeting held on July 8, 2010, as distributed.

B. Approval of licenses Recommended by City Administrator Vogt.

D. State of Minn. renewal/amendment lease No. PS0196 between the City of Brainerd and the Department of Public Safety, Driver and

Vehicle Services, adopt resolution approving amendment to lease agreement for a motorcycle skill testing site located in Brainerd.

5. Approval of bills and transfer of funds, recommended by the Personnel and Finance Committee.

6. A. Presentation, new bus route service, Tom Jay, Transit Coordinator.

B. Presentation, Brainerd/Baxter Area Mississippi Riverfront Vision Plan, Miranda Anderson.

A. First reading, proposed Ordinance No. 1368, an ordinance amending Section 425 of the Brainerd City Code relating to rental

housing maintenance.
