Brainerd to host 15U state tourney

The Gopher State 15 and Under state baseball tournament will take place Friday through Sunday. Games will be played at Mills Field, Don Adamson Field, Central Lakes College and Forestview Middle School. There is no admission charge.
The tournament begins at 3 p.m. Friday and will conclude with the championship game at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Mills Field.
Brainerd will play Watertown-Mayer at 3 p.m. Friday at Adamson Field, Centennial at 8:30 a.m. Saturday at CLC, and Burnsville at 3:15 p.m. at Adamson Field.
The quarterfinals begin Sunday at 9 a.m. at all four fields.
The tournament is sponsored by the Brainerd Parks and Recreation Department.
