OTTERTAIL -- Lewis F. Blanchard, age 67, of Ottertail, died Thursday, July 15, 2004, at Perham Memorial Hospital and Home. Memorial services are tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, July 20, at 11 a.m. at the Staples Missionary Alliance Church. Complete obituary will follow.
