Marlene Dore
EAST GULL LAKE -- Marlene M. Dore, age 60, of East Gull Lake, Minn., and Old Cypress, Naples, Fla., former 35-year resident of Bloomington, passed away Wednesday, July 14, 2004, at Abbott-Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis. Marlene was born on July 8, 1944, in Cresco, Iowa, to Raymond and Marjorie (Blaser) Bauer.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Wayne; and her parents, Raymond and Marjorie Bauer.
Survived by her husband of 40 years, Richard; sons, Steve, of Bloomington, and Trent, of Savage; grandchildren, Macy and Ryan; and her little white West Highland terrier, Lucky.
Services will be noon Monday, July 19, 2004, at Shepherd of the Lake Lutheran Church in Prior Lake, 13760 McKenna Road, and 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 20, 2004, at Lutheran Church of the Cross in Nisswa. Visitation will be held the hour prior to service on Tuesday at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Lutheran Church of the Cross or Christus Victor Lutheran Church.
