THEFT - Lane Woodland on Wednesday reported his laptop computer was stolen while on the 10000 block of Dellwood Drive.
ARRESTS - Arrested an 18-year-old woman for fifth-degree possession of meth and a 28-year-old man on a warrant following a traffic stop Tuesday at Highway 371 and Woida Road.
CRASHES - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 2:56 p.m. Tuesday at Golf Course Drive and Highway 210.

NOISE COMPLAINT - At 12:15 a.m. Wednesday an officer stopped several intoxicated people yelling and waving a flag at South Sixth and Oak streets. The people claimed the flag was lying on the street and was probably knocked down from a light pole during the storm. The officer told the people to quiet down and sent them on their way.
PROPERTY DAMAGE - Ruth Rathman, 900 block of Sixth Avenue Northeast, Tuesday reported someone broke her bird house and screen door and assaulted her dog.
CRASHES - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle, rear-end collision at 4:54 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Washington Street.
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 1:31 p.m. Tuesday at Southwest Sixth Street and West College Drive. One driver was cited for inattentive driving.
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at Northwest Fourth and Charles streets.

INVESTIGATION - Received a report Tuesday of a vehicle in the woods at the end of Bernard Road. A deputy checked and determined the vehicle was stolen out of Anoka County. The vehicle was impounded.
PROPERTY DAMAGE - Steven Wehrmann, 10000 block of Bernard Road, Tuesday reported is mailbox damaged.
