Open Forum: Alcohol permeating the lives of our youth

Alcohol does not discriminate. From repeat DUI offenders, to honor roll college kids partying hard, alcohol provided the same devastating ending. An addiction is a disease. It should be treated as such. It is permeating our youth at such an alarming rate, that lake country folks get to see first hand the broad strokes it paints.
