Nina R. Moss

Nina R. Moss died July 12, 2009, at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd. She was born May 9, 1928. She was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice; her parents, Fred and LaVerne Corry; two brothers, Arthur and Vernon Corry; a sister, Esther Henson; two grandchildren, James Michael Cunningham and Tammy Michelle Tucker; and her sons-in-law, David Fletcher and Romil Valgamae.

She is survived by brothers, Leslie and Lloyd Corry; sisters, Alice Chapin, Ellen Capuano, Lola Brittin and Juanita Song; three sons, Michael (Christine), Douglas (Mary Blakeman) and Joseph Moss; five daughters, Linda Cunningham, Evelyn (Duane) Hartman, Marie (Darrell Walker) Fletcher, Zoe Lord and Denise (Michael) Frederick; 23 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews and her best friend of 62 years, Eileen Dunkin; caring friends, Sheryl Tollefson and Gerri Flood.

She attended First Baptist Church of Baxter led by Pastor David Grotzke where there will be a memorial service on Saturday, July 18, 2009, at 11 a.m. followed by a luncheon. She made her anatomical donation to the University of Minnesota Fairview, so there will not be a viewing.
