Christina Mary Acosta, 42, Brainerd, was sentenced for felony theft of a controlled substance. She was placed on 10 years supervised probation and fined $500.

Randy William Vonruden, 21, Brainerd, was sentenced for felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance to 13 months prison and fined $50.

Dean Lawrence DeRosier, 41, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor offering a forged check to 15 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and fined $300.

Matthew Thomas Orr, 22, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Stephan Martin Nordin, 37, Brainerd, was sentenced for felony DUI to 90 days jail, placed on seven years supervised probation and fined $900.

Meredith Anne Oder, 35, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Wade Allen Wink, 27, Brainerd, was sentenced for felony first-degree conspiracy to commit a controlled substance crime to 365 days jail, placed on 30 years supervised probation and fined $50.

Roger Lee Robinson, 43, St. Paul, was sentenced for felony issuance of dishonored check to 180 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and fined $500.

Joshua Larkin Reiter, 31, Faribault, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation to 11 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and fined $500.

Kelly Thomas Hook, 37, Deerwood, was sentenced for felony first-degree burglary. He was placed on 20 years supervised probation and fined $25.

Wesley Harold Miller, 54, Ironton, was sentenced for serious felony second-degree criminal sexual conduct to 120 days jail, placed on 25 years supervised probation and fined $50.

Frank Wayne Holmes, 58, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation to 23 days jail and fined $500.

Robbie Matthew Reed, 19, Brainerd, was sentenced for felony fifth-degree sale of a controlled substance and misdemeanor underage drinking and driving to 10 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and fined $500.
