Lester C. Christiansen
PILLAGER -- Lester C. Christiansen, age 95, resident of Pillager since 1970, died Monday, July 12, 2004, at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd.
Lester was born March 21, 1909, in Merrifield to Nels C. and Minnie (Cottrell) Christiansen. He was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church.
Survivors include a son, David Christiansen; two daughters, Donna (Richard) Jacobs, and Patty Fuller, all of Pillager; four grandchildren, Aaron and Mark Christiansen and Brandon and Nathan Fuller; and two sisters, Viola Pikula, of Brainerd, and Nancy Fenger, of East Grand Forks.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Ruth; and brothers, Albert and Martin Christiansen.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday, July 15, 2004, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Brainerd with Pastor Mark Skinner officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Thursday the hour before services at the church.
