LITTLE FALLS -- Morrison County Sheriff Michel Wetzel reported today that a 58-year-old Little Falls man and a 19-year-old Little Falls man were arrested Friday after the Central Minnesota Drug Task Force executed a search warrant in the 500 block of Fourth Street Northeast in Little Falls.

During the search, investigators found about 14.5 grams of methamphetamines at the home. After the search, the 58-year-old Little Falls man was arrested for first-degree sale of a controlled substance and is currently being held in the Morrison County Jail.

Also arrested was a 19-year-old Little Falls man. He was found to be in possession of about 18 grams of marijuana and about $500, which was seized and held pending forfeiture action.

In a separate incident, Wetzel said that on Wednesday officers from the Central Minnesota Task Force, Morrison County Sheriff's Office and the Little Falls Police Department investigated a narcotics complaint involving a 35-year-old Little Falls woman.

Little Falls police conducted a traffic stop on Highway 371 north of Little Falls Wednesday and stopped the woman. A police dog indicated the presence of a controlled substance in the woman's vehicle and officers subsequently discovered methamphetamines and other controlled substances in her vehicle. She was arrested and held in the Morrison County Jail where charges are pending for two counts of fifth-degree possession of controlled substances.
