THREAT - Received report Sunday of a male in the parking lot at the White Gables Hotel, 18000 block of Highway 371, who was asked to move his car and responded he was a U.S. Marshal and threatened to show his "guns." When a deputy talked to the male, he said he was referencing his arm muscles.

PROWLERS - Received a report of a prowler about midnight Sunday on County Road 1 in Fifty Lakes.

Received a report of a prowler at 11:48 p.m. Sunday on County Road 12 in Ironton.

ASSAULT - Received a report Friday of an assault on the 21000 block of Bayshore Drive, Breezy Point.

BURGLARIES - Daniel Ottem, 22000 block of Iverson Road, Ironton, Sunday reported his garage entered and items taken.

Dennis Drummond, 7000 block of Lakeview Drive, Sunday reported theft of flag and solar light.

THEFTS - Matthew Pederson, 1000 block of County Road 8, Sunday reported his late father's car was stolen.

Holiday Station, Garrison, Sunday reported a gas drive-off of $15.05.

Bonnie Walquist, Nokay Lake Township, Friday reported theft of wallet.

Jonathan Richards, 11000 block of Business 371, Friday reported theft of catalytic converters from several vehicles.

Yardman Greenhouse and Landscaping, 21900 County Road 3, Lake Edward Township, Friday reported theft of gasoline.

Keith Roberts, 14200 block of Highway 210, Oak Lawn Township, Friday reported theft of a skidster.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - Linda Ekstrum, 7600 block of Lakeview Drive, Long Lake Township, Sunday reported a mailbox was damaged.

James Bourassa, 6100 block of County Road 45, Long Lake Township, Saturday reported survey sticks and fence post were torn up.

ASSIST - Assisted Pequot Lakes Friday with gas drive-off. Located vehicle.

MISSING PERSON - Received a report Friday from a woman on the 27000 block of Tame Fish Lake Road, Deerwood, that her husband had not returned home Thursday night. A missing person's report was filed and an attempt to locate was issued to surrounding agencies. At 12:21 p.m. the wife located the man fishing.

Brainerd police

RECOVERED - A bicycle was left at the police department's front door Monday on East River Road.

ARRESTS - A 30-year-old Brainerd man was arrested Monday for fourth degree possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and fleeing a peace officer. The incident began on the 200 block of Third Avenue Northeast and continued to the 400 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast where the subject parked a vehicle and attempted to flee.

Officers were dispatched to a report of a male brandishing a Glock pistol at 1:44 a.m. Monday on the 700 block of Laurel Street. A 20-year-old man from Brainerd and a 18-year-old without a permanent address were arrested and an air pistol was recovered.

A 34-year-old man, 1000 block of South Seventh Street, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Friday for disorderly conduct and fourth degree damage to property.

TRAFFIC STOP - An 18-year-old Merrifield man was cited for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and open alcohol container after a traffic stop at 10:21 p.m. Sunday.

NOISE - Six citations were issued for underage consumption following a loud party at 1:43 a.m. Monday on the 400 block of Second Avenue Northeast.

SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOR - Suspicious males carrying spray paint were reported at 5:32 p.m. Sunday on the 1000 block of Kingwood Street. They said they were painting a bike. The spray paint was confiscated.

Received a report of a male jumping in front of vehicles at 1:37 a.m. Monday near the airport on Highway 210 and Whiteley Creek Trail.

An intoxicated male found on the sidewalk at 12:37 a.m. Monday was transported to his residence on the 200 block of South Eighth Street.

An intoxicated male found lying in the street at 11:38 p.m. Saturday at South Ninth and Oak streets was transported to the emergency room.

An intoxicated male on the 300 block of South Sixth Street at 10:22 p.m. Friday was transported to detox.

Received a report of possible gunshots or a vehicle back-firing at 11 p.m. Saturday on the 1400 block of Maple Street. No one was located at the scene.

Received a report of gunshots at 9:17 p.m. Saturday on the 900 block of O Street. Responding officers did not hear any gunshots.

Received a report at 2:35 p.m. Friday of a male trying to get two juvenile females to sit on a bench with him in the Midtown parking lot on the 500 block of Washington Street.

Received a report of a disturbance at 2:37 a.m. Friday on the 200 block of South Seventh Street. Arguing parties agreed to go to bed and avoid contact with each other.

THEFTS - Received a report of a forged check of $48.31 Saturday.

Received a report of a theft Monday from the 200 block of Fourth Avenue.

Received a report of identity theft Friday from a man on the 1600 hundred block of Oak Street.

Nathan Berg, 400 block of Southwest Fifth Street, Friday reported a vehicle was broken into while parked in front of the residence.

Abra Fisk reported at 9:21 a.m. Friday her vehicle was stolen from the parking lot on the 400 block of West College Drive. The vehicle was recovered less than two hours later when an officer located it on the 1600 block of Rosewood Street. The key was in the ignition.

BURGLARY - Brandi Cluever, 1800 block of Norwood Street, Friday reported a burglary.

CRASHES - No injuries were reported in a two-car collision in a parking lot at 12:28 p.m. Sunday on the 500 block of West Washington Street.

No one was injured after a vehicle knocked over the "Keep Right" sign at 10:47 p.m. Friday at Washington and North Sixth streets.

ASSAULTS - A male reported Monday he was assaulted in downtown Brainerd on Saturday.

FIGHT - Arrested a 43-year-old Brainerd woman for disorderly conduct and a 17-year-old female for fifth degree assault and underage consumption following a report of a fight at 1:37 a.m. Monday.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - Received a report Monday glass was reported broken on a door on the 100 block of South Oak Street.

Baxter police

THEFTS - Vicky Patnode, 4000 block of Ashley Road, Monday reported receiving a check from Hilton Garden Inn and being asked to cash it and send the money. A bank confirmed it was a fraudulent check.

Steven Brown Friday reported a chain saw stolen from the back of a truck parked on the 7200 block of Glory Road.

SUSPICIOUS - A suspicious vehicle left the Super 8 and parked in the Taco Bell lot off Edgewood Drive about 1:55 a.m. Saturday. The driver then avoided officers on foot, eventually stating he was walking because he didn't want to be stopped by police.

CRASHES - No injuries were reported in a crash at 12:10 p.m. Monday at the 7200 block of Glory Road.

No injuries were reported in a three-vehicle collision at 4:21 p.m. Sunday at Highway 371 and Excelsior Road.

No injuries were reported in a motorcycle/truck collision at 2:45 p.m. Saturday at the Highway 371 Bypass and College Road.

No injures were reported in a crash at 11:38 a.m. Saturday at Woida Road and Edgewood Drive.

Light damage with no injuries was reported in a minor two-vehicle crash about 3 p.m. Friday at Highway 210 and Memorywood Drive.

No injuries were reported in a crash at 12:41 p.m. Friday on the 6200 block of Donald Street.

ARREST - A 25-year-old intoxicated man was arrested at 3:34 p.m. Sunday on the 6900 block of Lake Forest Road for disorderly conduct.

GRASS FIRE - A grass fire was reported at 7:13 p.m. Sunday on the 4400 block of Highway 210, which appeared to be started by fireworks.

Staples police

SUSPICIOUS - Received a report at 2:46 p.m. of a suspicious person in the rail yard. It was a BNSF Railway employee.

THEFTS - The SuperAmerica, 1100 block of Second Avenue Northeast, Sunday reported a gas drive-off of $10.

Wendy Sullivan, 500 block of McKinley Street Southwest, Wednesday reported a theft of medicine.

ROAD RAGE - Received a report at 5:57 p.m. Saturday from a driver following a van by Dower Lake Park. The driver honked when the van started to back up and the van driver got out swore at the driver and kicked his vehicle.

FIRE ALARMS - Responded to a fire alarm at the hospital, 49700 block of County Road 83, where a worker set off the alarm with dust from a work area in the kitchen.

Responded to a fire alarm at the Hi Rise Monday. The tenant burned butter on her stove.

NOISE - Received a noise complaint at 10:44 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of Dakota Avenue Southeast as a residence had family members visiting from Brainerd. The group was reported to be polite and cooperative and agreed to keep the noise down.

INVESTIGATIONS - Found an open door at the high school by the gym at 12:54 a.m. Friday. The building was searched and found in order.

Assisted Motley Police Department Wednesday with a search after an open door was found at the middle school.

BURNING COMPLAINT - Received a burning complaint Wednesday on the 1200 block of Eighth Street Northeast, the resident said he didn't know he couldn't burn old carpet or that he couldn't leave the fire unattended.

CURFEW VIOLATION - Found four young children walking by the high school at 3:45 a.m. Tuesday. The boys, age 11 to 14, left their aunt's house and left without permission and were on a way to a female friend's house. The aunt was called to pick them up.
