Benjamin Earl Barrer, 19, Baxter, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to seven days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,143 in fines and fees.

Jeanne Lou Totten, 37, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,705 in fines and fees.

Jeremie Daniel Johnson, 19, Emily, was sentenced for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle to two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $613 in fines and fees.

Craig Douglas MacDonald, 58, Baxter, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor violating driver's license restrictions to two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,112 in fines and fees.

Michael John Perkins, 46, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,110 in fines and fees.

Ricky Lee Hughs, 46, Pequot Lakes, was sentenced for felony theft to nine months incarceration and ordered to pay $163 in fines and fees.

Eric Allen Rasinski, 31, Brainerd, was sentenced for third-degree gross misdemeanor property damage to 20 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $900 in fined and fees.

Steven Michael Overbaugh, 49, Pine River, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,143 in fines and fees.

Christopher Jon Flynn, 34, Carver, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor refusal to test to two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $702 in fines and fees.

John Matthew Richards, 43, Deerwood, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor harassment to 22 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and ordered to pay $163 in fines and fees.

Chad Michael Ross, 33, Brainerd, was sentenced for felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance to five years supervised probation and ordered to pay $458 in fines and fees.

Tiffany Anne Perry, 22, New York Mills, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI and gross misdemeanor giving a peace officer a false name to 45 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,272 in fines and fees.

Leon Russell Ivison, 22, address unknown, was sentenced for felony violation of predatory offender registration to 15 months prison and ordered to pay $163 in fines and fees.

Randy Scott Ligman, 45, Little Falls, was sentenced for two counts of felony theft by swindle to 22 months prison and ordered to pay $8,745 in fines and fees.

Gerald Lee Hanson, 57, Bloomington, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,110 in fines and fees.

Dustin Kelly Sam, 36, Wahkon, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor criminal vehicular operation and gross misdemeanor DWI to 90 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,267 in fines and fees.

Dylan Rainy Tessness, 19, Brainerd, was ordered to pay $180 in fines and fees.

Lukas Clifford Peterson, 21, Brainerd, was ordered to pay $180 in fines and fees.

Samuel Carl Backberg, 19, Brainerd, was sentenced to 90 days jail and ordered to pay $158 in fines and fees.

Jayme Marie Anderson, 18, Staples, was ordered to pay $180 in fines and fees.
