Dust off the Zamboni
Check out the Gear Daddies this Saturday as part of an outdoor concert at Moonlite Bay in Crosslake. Doors open at 5 p.m. for the event with the opening band, Justin Bell and the Lazy Susan Band, taking the stage at 6 p.m. followed by the Gear Daddies. General admission tickets are $20. VIP tickets are $100.
Sunday: MUSIC
Jam time
The Interlachen Music Jam will be 2-6 p.m. Sunday at Matty's Saloon in Lake Shore. The event is hosted by Central Lakes College music instructor Steve Anderson. Invited musicians include Donny Vosen, Kevin Klimek, Pat Scrimshaw, Shannon Webster, Jody Stewart, Bruce Backberg, Chris Dobson and others.

Pretty good shopping!
The 13th annual Fine Art Show and Sale runs through Saturday at the Nisswa Community Center. Admission is free. Numerous area artists, including Laurel LaBorde, Phyllis Frankum, Bill Grange, Donna Maves, Sonja Larsen, Diane Runberg and others, will be featured. There will be demonstrations by participating artists.
