INVESTIGATIONS - Received a report at 11:48 p.m. Friday of a man lighting trash cans on fire on Second Avenue Northeast. Upon arrival, officers located the suspect, who was Dumpster diving not lighting trash cans on fire. Officers advised the suspect of his suspicious behavior and sent him on his way.
Received a report at 10:03 p.m. Friday of a drunk man urinating in a yard on Quince Street. Officers located the man and transported him to detox.
CRASHES - No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision at 11:24 a.m. Friday at Southeast 13th and Willow streets.
No injuries were reported in a rear-end collision at 10:44 p.m. Friday on the 600 block of Oak Street.
Officers gave first aid to a young boy who fell off his bicycle Friday at Lowell Elementary School and scraped his knee.
No injuries were reported after a car struck a house Sunday at 12:51 p.m. on the 500 block of South Ninth Street.
THEFT - A gas drive-off of $27.01 was reported at 11:41 a.m. Friday at the Gas Can, 850 Lum Park Road. The person later returned and paid for the gas.
VANDALISM - Brandon Luthjohn, 1400 block of 13th Avenue Northeast, Saturday reported his tire slashed.
Howard Hamilton, 800 block of Quince Street, Saturday reported his vehicle keyed.

ANIMAL COMPLAINTS - Keith Olson, 17000 block of Lake Allen Drive, Sunday reported an emu playing in his sprinkler. The emu left before deputies arrived and deputies were unable to locate the emu.
Ruth Stevens, 18000 block of Maryville Road, Saturday reported a black bear on her deck that wouldn't leave. Stevens was informed that deputies didn't have the appropriate tools to deal with a nuisance bear and she was referred to the State Patrol and DNR.
THEFT - A gas drive-off of $101 was reported at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Holiday Station in Garrison.
Darren Redman, Roosevelt Township, Sunday reported the theft of two gas cans.
Steven Smith, 9300 block of Highway 169, Saturday reported his license plate stolen.
Robert Anderson, 35000 block of Little Whitefish Drive, Saturday reported the theft of a Rolex watch from his cabin.
Joseph Dumont, Crosslake, Friday reported the theft of several items.
Marvin Copa, 9900 block of Canary Street, Friday reported his neighbor had stolen his tractor and a load of lumber. Copa called back to say he knew where his tractor was and it was just a bad joke played on him.
Michael Bruesch, 21000 block of Train Bell Road, Thursday reported the theft of beer and coolers.
VANDALISM - Erik Kreger, 18000 block of Crow Wing County Road 12, Monday reported his vehicle was scratched and the air was let out of the tires.
Jeanine Ross, 29000 block of Highway 6, Sunday reported a vehicle tire slashed and her septic tank cover tampered with.
Tammy Gorron, 6100 block of Estate Circle Drive, Thursday reported her daughter's car had vandalized.
