Open class: Minnesota Army National Guard, first place; and Minnesota DNR Division of Forestry, second place.

Non-profit: Cub Scout Pack 83, first place; and Lakes Area Wheelers, second place.

Antique Class: Old Homestead Tractor Club, first place; and Tribute to Veterans and POWs, second place.

Royalty: Miss Brainerd, first place; and Little Miss and Mr. Fourth of July, second place.

Commercial: Mills Gull Lake Steamboat, first place; and Brainerd International Raceway, second place.

Fire Engines: Brainerd Fire Department, first place; and Pillager Fire Department, second place.
