A. Approve council minutes of June 16

B. Payment of bills and approval of finance report

C. Accept Utilities minutes of June 17

1. Approve the Holden Electric quote for the new siren installation in the amount of $7,500.

2. Approve the WSN Proposal for Engineering Services for GIS Incorporation for Grand Oaks North Townhomes Project in the estimated amount of $600.

D. Accept ARC Minutes of June 18

E. Accept Parks and Recreation Commission minutes of June 22.

1. Approve Whipple Beach Park for the installation of an all purpose, accessible play equipment subject to final design, location and master plan approval.

F. Accept Long Range Planning Commission minutes of June 25.

G. Adopt Resolution 09-7/1-1 calling for a public hearing on the proposed adoption of a modification to the development program for development District Number One, the proposed establishment of the Grand Oaks Court Housing Tax Increment Financing District and the adoption of the Tax Increment Financing Plan

H. Adopt 2010 budget calendar and set a council budget work session for July 20 at 6 p.m.

I. Accept $1,200 donation from an anonymous donor for the purchase of a K9 vest

J. Accept $50 donation from the Brainerd Lakes Area Lions Club for the purchase of a K9 vest

K. Accept $200 donation from Cub Foods for the purchase of a K9 vest

L. Accept $50 donation from Lakeland Veterinary Hospital for the purchase of a K9 vest

M. Adopt lawful gambling Resolution No. 09-7/1-1 approving Ski Gull to hold a raffle at The Lodge at Brainerd Lakes on Sept. 17.

N. Approve the agreement clarifying the setback from the Mapleton Road temporary easement for the Good Shepherd senior housing project

O. Approve the WSN Preliminary Grant Submittal Proposal for engineering services for the Clearwater Road Trail Link in the estimated amount of $2,800.
