Brainerd Midsummer Classic scheduled Monday

Rosters have been determined for the Brainerd Parks and Recreation Department's annual Midsummer Classic baseball games at Bane Park.

The 52nd annual Bronco League game will be played at 6 p.m. Monday. The eighth annual Pony League game will be played at 6:15 p.m. on Monday.

The Bronco American League team consists of Nathan Blum, Jack Holland and Zach Shepersky of the Angels; Luke Boran, Justin Hummel and Steven Rushmeyer of the Royals; Brent Bedausky, Tyler Peyerl and Dax VanSteenwyk of the Tigers; and Paxton Beadle, Zachery Bestul and Kyle Wicklund of the Twins. Head coach is Kurt Wicklund.

The Bronco National League team includes: Daniel Babineau and Reno Fussy of the Brewers; Ben Arnoldy, Garrett Impola and Dillon Johnson of the Cubs; Jed Rusk and Brett Wroolie of the Mets; Justin Eschenbacher, Drake Larson and Mitchell Madsen of the Reds; and Beau Erickson, Ty Hadrits and Dalton Tibbetts of the Rockies. Head coach is Jon Toft.

The Pony American League team consists of: Jack Hegarty, Dillon Houde and Travis Luedtke of the Blue Jays; Chayse Nash, Kevin Peterson and Adam Tautges of the Orioles; Joe Haeg, Andrew LaDouceur and Bruce London of the Red Sox; and Mack Glasby, Nick Mogensen and Andy Whiteman of the White Sox. Head coach is John Mogensen.

The Pony National League team includes: Blaine Bubalo, Jordan Hayes and Christopher Sausen of the Dodgers; Taylor Babineau, Nathan Eschenbacher and Brandon Tautges of the Mets; Gunner Johnson, Brandon Klein and Jack Luke of the Pirates; and Cole Jensen, Brandon Tuil and Devon Tyrell of the Yankees. Head coach is John Jourdan.
