"Neighbors helping Neighbors" - Compassionate volunteers are needed to assist seniors and adults with disabilities in Cass County to maintain their independence at home. Volunteers are needed to provide rides to medical appointments, errands, assistance with grocery shopping, friendly visiting, telephone reassurance, minor home repair, building wheelchair ramps, household tasks, caregiver respite and support, as well as other types of friendly assistance. Volunteers are especially needed in the southern part of Cass County.

Bicycle Recycling Program - The Bicycle Recycling Program is working with a number of local agencies to collect and recycle bicycles to the community. We hope to recruit between 8 - 10 adults who are mechanically inclined to work with 8-10 youth on these days. Our goal is to recycle 10-15 bicycles per repair day. We will supply the tools, bikes, youth, supplies, and parts. We also plan to provide lunch (probably pizza and pop). The hours of the repair days will be from 10:00-2:00.

We need Individuals who are interested in volunteering to help teach therapeutic horsemanship and equine assisted activities to persons of all ages who face physical, mental, social and/or emotional challenges. Must be 14years or older. We train our volunteers so no horse experience is necessary.
