James Frederick Elg, age 60, passed away June 28, 2007, at his home after a short but courageous battle with cancer.
Services will be held 11 a.m. on Monday, July 2, 2007, at First Presbyterian Church in Brainerd with Pastor Harold Tongen officiating. Burial will be in Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Camp Ripley with military honors provided by Brainerd American Legion Post No. 255, Color Guard. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Sunday at Nelson-Doran Funeral Home in Brainerd and the hour before services at the church on Monday.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
