Backus -- No clinic because of the Fourth of July holiday.
Hackensack -- 11-11:30 a.m. July 5, Birch Lake Apartments.
Leader/Poplar -- 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. July 18, Poplar School.
Walker -- 1-3 p.m. July 7, Public Health Office.
Longville -- 10 a.m.-noon July 18, Longville Family Center.
Immunizations
Pillager -- 1-2:30 p.m. July 18, Family Resource Center.
Pine River -- 9:30-11:30 a.m. July 5, Pine River Family Center.
Remer -- 10-11:30 a.m. July 12, Town Hall.
Walker -- 10 a.m.-noon July 11, Public Health Office.
Immunizations available:
Preschoolers -- Diphtheria, Pertussis, Tetanus, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Polio, Hib., Hep.B, Varicella.
School age -- All the above except Hib.
Adult -- Diphtheria, Tetanus.
Charge is $3 per immunization (bring current record). Receive a free reading book for children by getting their initial immunization series completed by age 20 months.

Cass County Public Health has a grant allowing it to offer free mammograms and pap tests for women over 40. Generous income guidelines are available upon request. Call 547-2855 for more information.
Adult health clinics scheduled in Cass County
Cass County Public Health announces adult health clinic times and dates for July.
Public health nurses will assess at no charge: health history, blood pressure, blood glucose and medications management.
A cost of $10 for foot care will be charged. Foot care includes cutting toenails, ingrown toenails and calluses.
Pillager -- 12:30-2 p.m. July 25, Pillager Senior Citizens Center.
Hackensack -- 1-4:30 p.m. July 18, Hackensack Senior Center.
Boy River -- 11 a.m.-1 p.m. July 20, Jerry's Bar.
Cass Lake -- 9-11:30 a.m. July 17, Four Seasons Apartments.
Longville -- 1-3 p.m. July 19, YAH Senior Center.
Public health nurses will cut toenails, trim calluses and ingrown toenails for $10 from 10 a.m. to noon July 18 at Quam Court in Walker.
Bring a towel and basin to these clinics.

Staples -- First Friday of every month (July 7), 9-10 a.m., Staples Hi Rise; second Friday of every month (July 14), 9-10 a.m., First Integrity Bank Annex.
Motley -- Fourth Friday of every month (July 28), 10:30-11:30 a.m., Sunny Pines.

Fibromyalgia Support Group to meet in Staples
STAPLES -- The Fibromyalgia Support Group, sponsored by Lakewood Health System, Staples, will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, July 10, in the lower level classrooms of the hospital. There is no charge.

STAPLES -- A foot care clinic, sponsored by Lakewood Health System Home Care Department, Staples, will be offered the second Friday of each month (July 14) from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at First Integrity Bank Annex, Staples.
