More than 40 children participated Friday afternoon in the 2009 Little Miss and Little Mister Fourth of July contest at the Westgate Mall. Rachel Moore and Connor Judd earned the titles of Little Miss and Little Mister. The pageant marked the beginning of weeklong festivities leading up to Saturday's Fourth of July celebration.
