Arts, crafts festival set July 5 and 6 at Nisswa church

NISSWA -- The 13th annual North Star Arts & Crafts Festival on July 5 and 6 will bring 80 crafters and artists to Lutheran Church of the Cross in Nisswa.

The festival will run 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. July 5 and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 6.

Items will include finished and unfinished cedar outdoor furniture from Ontario, Canada; wood shelves, boxes and painted and decorated "Up North" creations; one-of-a-kind denim, fleece, jersey and chenille clothing in adult and children's sizes; jewelry; soaps; scented oils; jams and jellies; bread and cookie mixes; and Bavarian nuts.

There will be face painting

Admission is $1, and free for children under 12.
