LITTLE FALLS - Justin Scott Prozinski was sentenced Wednesday to 34 months in prison for second-degree and third-degree assault.

The Morrison County attorney's office said Prozinski, 26, Little Falls, was arrested Feb. 1 following an incident where two Brainerd residents, Dillon Kneisl and Anthony Sievert, were stabbed during a fight outside of the West Side Bar in Little Falls.

Earlier this month in Morrison County District Court, Robert John Virnig was ordered to serve 72 months in prison after being convicted of a first-degree controlled substance crime for possessing methamphetamine with intent to sell. He was sentenced on June 19.

Virnig, 28, of Hillman, pled guilty on Feb. 18. Charges of second-degree controlled substance crime and possession of a weapon by an unauthorized person were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
