Judy Hansen earns CRS designation
CROSSLAKE - The National Association of Realtors recently announced that Judy Hansen, a member of the Up North Properties Marketing Team with Edina Realty in Crosslake, has earned the Certified Residential Specialists designation.

NAR reports that fewer than 4 percent of real estate agents nationwide have earned the distinction. Realtors must complete rigorous course work and achieve a high threshold of sales success.
Hansen earlier this year completed work on specialized training, preparing her to work effectively with distressed property owners. Hansen has been licensed and working in the Crosslake Edina office for nearly six years.
Keller Williams agents attend
BAXTER - More than 600 real estate agents and industry related professionals, including 30 local agents recently attended Gary Keller Unplugged in Minneapolis.
Keller presented his 12 Tactics for Tough Times from SHIFT, the fourth installment in the Millionaire Real Estate series, which he co-authored with Dave Jenks and Jay Papasan.
Keller is chairman of the board for Keller Williams Realty International, which he co-founded with Joe Williams in 1983.
