My final guess the vehicle or actually part of a vehicle stumped our readers.
The car or part of the car was a 1956 Chrysler Windsor two-door hardtop belonging to Dennis Vanderpoel, Pierz.
There were a few Chrysler New Yorker guesses a several Desoto guesses.
Vanderpoel called a photograph like this his "C-Pillar Series," a collection featuring the rear roof/rear wheel section of a vehicle.
By the way, he thinks a Windsor like this would have a 331 cubic inch polyspheric head eight-cylinder engine and two-speed powerlite push-button shifter transmission.
More expensive models had a 354 cubic inch engine, he wrote.
Just a note. I have still have 10 mystery vehicles. So when I return, I'll hit the ground running.
The second-annual Central Minnesota Invitational Demolition Derby is July 5 at the Crow Wing County Fairgrounds. The event, which will host three classes, starts at 3 p.m. and should end at about 7 p.m.
The three classes are compact, mid-size and trucks.
