With a 35-9 victoy over Lakewood Bank, Edward Jones seized the lead in the Legacy men's golf league at Cragun's Resort.
Edward Jones now has 177.75 points, leading Halverson Law Office by one-half point. Halverson Law beat People's Security 24.5-19.5.

Sandy Baumann was a double winner during the June 17 women's league at the Legacy Courses at Cragun's.
Baumann carded a 44 on the front nine of Bobby's Course and was closest to the pin. Jesi Boie's 15 putts were the fewest and Rhonda Mareck had the longest drive.
Darlene Swedin carded a 38 for the low round on the Par 3 course. Carol Dinndorf needed just 17 putts to get around. Janis Houle had the longest drive and Jessica Gangl was closest to the pin.
Breezy Point women
Jan Benson's 35 placed her on top of the first flight of the June 19 low net game during the Breezy Point Resort women's league.
Sandy O'Day shot 36 for second and Martha Polsfuss shot 37 for third.
Ellen Koshenina shot 36 to win the second flight. Sue Obeidzinski was second with 37 and Marcia Macomber and Jeanne Appleton tied for third with 38s.
Joe Brandt captured the third flight with a 36. Linda Esser finished second with 38 and Sylvia Schmitt and Patty Carlyle tied for third with 39s.
Doris Moede's 37 won flight four. Bugs Schmidt shot 38 for second and Joan Burnett's 42 placed her third.
Thursday's event will be dice game and will be played at Whitebirch. A meeting and luncheon at Whitebirch will follow play.
Pine River women
Mary Jean Herdey, Jean McMullen and Karen Boche captured the "ace, king, queen team net" event during the June 19 Pine River Country Club women's league.
Carol Irish , Phyllis Anderson, Gloria Taylor and Eileen Springer finished second.
Dorla Lind had a chip in.
The Pine River Country Club women's league plays at 9 a.m. Thursday until Sept. 11. All women are welcome.
Joan Heuer, Joan Kantos, Shari Loechler and Anita Stensby won the team best ball event June 18 during the Whitefish Golf Club women's 18-hole league.
Myra Faust, Deanna Frandsen, and Sandra Pohl (and a blind draw) finished second. In third was Sherri Adam, Janet Duitsman, Diane Giefer and Marlys Guse. Darlene Bonnema, Lois Foy, Mary Kay Kendall and Pat Montgomery finished fourth.
Marguerite Baker's 69 was low net. Janice DuBois and Helen McGrath carded birdies. Stensby, Guse and Nancy Einan had chip ins.
The women's 18-hole league will host its invitational June 25. There will be no league play July 2 because of the July 4 holiday. Regular league play will resume July 9.
